After you submit your booking details, we will proceed with the booking process. At this point, we will require a 20% payment from you. Once the payment is made, a booking confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours. The remaining 80% of the payment will be due 30 days prior to the start date of the tour. Once the balance is paid, you may proceed with applying for your visa.

Please note that all travel offers listed on our website are discounted and therefore, orders placed cannot be refunded. Additionally, such orders cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. It is important to keep in mind that cancellations made less than 30 days from the start of a tour or in the event of a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
