Once the payment is made, a booking confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours. The remaining 80% of the payment will be due 30 days prior to the start date of the tour. Once the balance is paid, you may proceed with applying for your visa.

It is important to keep in mind that cancellations made less than 30 days from the start of a tour or in the event of a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
